Ingredients:

200 grams of pork filling, 1 white radish, 300 grams of all-purpose flour, water.

  1. Add appropriate amount of salt, ginger powder, light soy sauce and white pepper to 200g of pork filling. Stir thoroughly and evenly clockwise to make the pork tender and taste smoother.

  2. Add a small amount of chicken juice to enhance the freshness.

  9. Add water to the bottom of the steamer and bring to a boil. Place a soaked cloth on the pot drawer, place the radish and pork noodles and dumplings on the pot drawer, and cover with the lid.

  10. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait five or six minutes before opening the lid. The hot and fragrant radish and pork noodles and steamed dumplings are ready.
