  1. Add appropriate amount of meat tenderizer powder, cooking wine and vegetable oil to 1000g beef mince, mix well and marinate for 40 minutes.

  2. Wash the ginger, cut into mince, add to the beef mince, then add 250g of water, mix clockwise.

  3. Wash the white radish, cut into shreds, cook in a boiling pot, remove and drain, cut into minced radish, and set aside.

  4. Wash the green onions, drain and cut into fine pieces.

  5. Add minced radish and green onion to the minced beef, add salt, dumpling filling seasoning, sesame oil, chicken essence, soy sauce, stir evenly to make radish and beef dumpling filling.

  6. Add flour to water, stir into floc, and knead it into a shiny dough with your hands. Wrap it in a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  9. Bring water to a boil and pour in radish and beef stuffed dumplings.

  10. Use a slotted spoon to gently push the dumplings so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pot. When the water in the pot boils, pour in half a bowl of cold water. When the water boils again, pour in half a bowl of cold water. , repeat 3 times, the dumplings will be cooked.
