Baked Mushrooms with Garlic Chicken Sauce (for 1 person)

Ingredients: 6 white mushrooms, 3 cloves of garlic, a large cup of chicken broth, an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, a small piece of butter, a handful of parsley or parsley (for decoration and flavoring, fresh or You can do anything)
Step 1: Soak the mushrooms in salt water, wash and drain; mince the garlic; put the butter in a pot and heat over low heat until it melts.

Note:
1. If you don’t have an oven, you can skip the final baking step, but the taste will naturally be slightly worse.
