How to make cute and delicious frosted biscuits, the lifelike shape makes people love it, as if they are exquisite soft clay products that you can’t bear to eat!
Step 1: Make “Cookie Dough”
[Materials]: 100g butter, 80g powdered sugar, 30g egg liquid, 1/4 spoon vanilla extract, 200g low-gluten flour.
[Method]:
1. Take the butter and eggs out of the refrigerator and return them to room temperature;
2. Beat the butter with a whisk until soft;
3. Add powdered sugar and beat until butter becomes white and even;
4. Add egg liquid and vanilla white and stir evenly;
5. Add sifted flour, cut and mix evenly with a rubber spatula, put the dough into a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator, refrigerate for 30 minutes, let it relax, and then take it out.
6. Lay out the panel and lay a piece of baking-resistant baking paper on the panel (the shape cut by the mold does not need to be moved by spreading the baking paper, so you can directly put the baking paper into the oven and the biscuits will not deform), and then Place the dough on oil paper, roll it out into a sheet about 0.5-0.8 cm thick (be sure to roll it out to an even thickness, and then use a mold to press out the shape), take away the excess dough, and directly place the oil paper and the shaped biscuits. Place in a preheated oven, 170 degrees, on the middle rack, bake for 20 minutes with the edges slightly brown, then take it out, let cool and then decorate with icing sugar.
Step 2: Make "biscuit embryos"
Use a rolling pin to roll the cookie dough into a moderately thick piece, then choose your favorite cookie mold to press it. Do not use too much force when pressing the mold, otherwise the facial expression of the cartoon cookie will be easily deformed!
Step 3: Bake the cookie prototype
Put our pressed biscuit embryos into the oven, set the temperature to 175 degrees Celsius, and bake at a constant speed for 20 minutes, the prototype of the frosted biscuits will be ready!
Step 4: Make the “icing”
Pour lemon juice into the egg whites, beat the egg whites first, then pour in the powdered sugar and continue beating until the beaten egg whites become smooth and silky and slide off.
Step 5: Use the cooked icing to paint the cookies
Add pigments into different colors as needed, put them into a piping bag, and cut a thin hole at the top. Draw according to the pattern you like. When filling, you can use a toothpick to move it back and forth to smooth the surface. When the drawing is completed, you will have a lovely and delicious frosting.The cookies are finished!
