The making of mocha cake is based on the fact that my family loves to drink coffee and is not sensitive to caffeine. For breakfast, a cup of latte, coupled with a cute and sweet mocha cake, a wonderful life will bloom!
Mocha Cake DIY Ingredients:
Instant espresso coffee powder/2 tablespoons unsalted butter/6 tablespoons;
Fine sugar/sugar85g honey/honey1 tablespoon;
Water/water200ml all-purpose flour/all purpose flour225g;
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
3 tablespoons of milk/1 egg/egg.
How to DIY Mocha Cake:
1. Put coffee powder, butter, sugar, honey and water into the pot.
2. Heat to boiling, turn to low heat and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
3. After cooking, cool in cold water.
4. Dissolve baking soda in milk, add an egg and mix well.
5. Mix and sift flour and cocoa powder.
6. Pour 1 and 2 into the flour and stir evenly.
7. Pour the mixed batter into a paper cup, fill it 80% full, and bake in the middle rack of the oven at 350F/180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
8. The fragrant mocha cake embryo is out of the oven~
9. Decorate the mocha cake base with fresh cream. Whip the cream until it is fully whipped. If you don’t want to decorate, just spread it directly on the cooled cake.
