It’s totally delicious. There is no need to use ingredients such as fresh cream or sugar, nor does it require a professional ice cream machine or frequent whipping. A banana can easily make healthy ice cream with a super creamy taste. In addition to those who are losing weight, it is also especially suitable for friends with children at home, and for using up the endless bananas at home.
Step 1: Take a large ripe banana, peel it and slice it (try to have similar thickness).
Step 2: Put the banana slices into an airtight container, either a dense bag or an airtight low-temperature glass bowl.
Step 3: Freeze the banana slices overnight, or at least two hours if you can't wait.
Step 4: Blend the frozen bananas in a food processor or powerful blender.
Step 5: When you first start whipping, the texture will be like the picture above, in a puree state, not smooth enough.
Step 6: Pause beating, open the lid, then use a spatula or spoon to scrape off the puree stuck to the inner wall, then close the lid and continue beating.
