There are only three main ingredients: enoki mushrooms, garlic and green onions. They are cheap and easy to buy, and the seasonings are all household staples. The texture is smooth and tender, and the taste is very similar to steamed scallops with garlic.
Ingredients: One box of enoki mushrooms, half of garlic, a few green onions, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1.5 spoons of steamed fish soy sauce, a little sugar, a little salt, 1.5 spoons of water, appropriate amount of oil
Step 1: Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the tails and drain the water. Peel and mince the garlic and spread it on the enoki mushrooms.
