Prepare ingredients:
5 oz prosecco
5 ounces basic syrup
5 ounces lemon juice
2 big peaches
3 doses of peach bitters

1. Chop the peaches and mash them into a blender until they can flow out of the filter.
2. Pour 5 ounces of peach puree juice into a bowl, add lemon juice, wine, basic syrup and bitters and mix carefully until foaming

4. Then pour the mixed peach puree juice into the mold, and the flowers will float automatically.
5. Place the prepared popsicle mold in the refrigerator and freeze for 30 minutes until it is partially frozen, then take it out and shake it gently to distribute the flowers evenly in the popsicle, and then put it back into the refrigerator until it is completely frozen.
6. Once the popsicles are completely frozen, insert a wooden stick warmed with warm water into them. When taking it out, you can also use a warm water bath.
