1. Peel the banana and mash it into mashed banana.

2. Add melted butter, caster sugar, eggs, and condensed milk.

3. Stir into paste.

4. Pour in sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder.

5. Use a spatula to stir into cake batter. Do not stir vigorously or make circles. Try to use cross strokes or pressing techniques.

6. Pour the banana cake batter into the non-stick mold.
