Illustration of how to hand-make Jianwang 30,000 Xiupai dolls from soft clay. The finished work is about 13CM high and looks beautiful and handsome!
1. Cut a 30CM long aluminum wire and fold it in half.
Make a round base and use flesh color to make two legs.
Thread the aluminum wire from the bottom up, with the aluminum wire head facing up, and twist it about 5cm around the waist of the doll.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until firm.
2. Make the body of the doll on the aluminum wire.
Make it a little thinner, otherwise you will look like a fat woman with clothes on.
Put it into the oven again and bake until hard.
3. Take it out after it’s cool, starting with the feet.
Make the shoes first, then the legs.
4. Make the decoration on the shoes more beautiful.
Add a short wrap skirt to the lower body of the doll.
If the endomorph gets fatter, stop posting it.
5. Continue to attach the lower garment and make a skirt. After all the bottoms are done, bake them once.
6. Make a top. Make it in two pieces, front and back, and smooth the seams.
7. Hem the top.
Make a belt, and the clay should not be too thick.
Make the arms, thinner. I did this four times before it looked good.
Attach arm guards. Make decorations.
Into the oven.
8. Hold a pen in one hand and a lantern in the other. The pen and lantern can be glued on after they are finished.
9. Do the head first. Make the collar again.
10. Decorate your head.
11. Finally put it in the oven.
