In this tutorial, I'll show you how to make a fairy tree house using corrugated cardboard, aluminum foil, hot glue, paper clay, clear plastic film, and acrylic paint. It’s fun to make and you can use it as decoration, or you can even turn it into a beautiful light fixture by adding some battery-operated LED lights.
Materials and tools: corrugated cardboard, plastic bottles, aluminum foil, paper clay, hot glue gun, acrylic paint, clear plastic film, etc.
I started by cutting cardboard to form the base of the house.
I cut two or three identical shapes out of cardboard (depending on the thickness of the cardboard) and then stacked them together with hot glue.
At the bottom of the house I used some egg cartons for the rock texture.
I wrapped them in aluminum foil and glued them together.
Starting from that unusual shape, I added cardboard and clear plastic film piece by piece.
Add cardboard and plastic film alternately.
Like this.
Cut one from cardboardThe shape of the steering wheel has a wooden stick stuck vertically in the center.
Add the roof.
Roll up the paper to make a paper stick.
Create a spiral staircase as shown.
Using aluminum foil and cardboard again, create plants and leaves.
I used paper clay to cover all the cardboard and aluminum foil in the house.
I do not use natural air drying clay, it shrinks which can cause a lot of cracks.
Cover any exposed parts with paper clay.
We also need to make doors, windows, etc.
Details of texture.
It can make this model look more textured.
Hanging tree vines, etc.

First paint the main body with a layer of brown.
Including walls, doors, windows, platforms, etc.
Then paint the plants with green paint.

Color the mushrooms.
Finally you can use some matte varnish.
