Start from step 11 of the previous paper rose origami tutorial [see here].
Fold the top corner along the dotted line.
Restore and get the crease.
Open the origami model.
Fold inward according to the dotted line in the picture.

Follow the direction of the arrow and press the two sides toward the middle.

What the side will look like after completion.
Fold the bottom edge upward along the dotted line.

Pull it out in the direction of the arrow.
Press the right side flat.
The same goes for the left side.
Turn it over and fold the sides of the middle trapezoid upward along the dotted line.

Follow the arrow in the picture above and fold along the dotted line.

Finally, use tweezers to make the center roll, and use a pen to roll the petals.
