< /p>The first part, handle the knots by hand, remove the branches, and polish. The bamboo is a bit tender and can’t be managed anymore. Let’s dry it first. There is no difficulty in this process. Just polish it. If you like the original ecology, you don’t need to polish it. OK. 
Considering that the pole tail is often in contact with the ground, wears out, and gets damp, we chose the glue filling treatment. The material is epoxy crystal glue and used in the middle. The black color essence has wrinkles, and you can see the finished product. This process is very troublesome, and the later polishing is also very tiring, but it is worth it!

After demoulding, it was slightly polished, not polished, varnished, and the embroidery was not visible for the time being. 
To drill holes in Lizhu, choose the 5.4 drill bit. First drill the hole with the 4.2 drill bit, and then use the 5.4 drill bit to enlarge the hole. The actual hole diameter is 5.5, which is available on the market. Most of them are slightly above 5.5 and take the popular route. This process requires skill, as the bamboo is easy to crack, so prepare 10 pieces for this purpose. 
After tying the wire, 502 is fully dripped, and then epoxy brushed, then tied with Indonesian rattan, and then epoxy reinforced. This part is Pay attention to the stress points, this process is not difficult. 
The first one I tied up felt okay, and it was full of 502, waiting for post-processing.
The handle is connected to the pole body. Drill a hole with a 10mm drill bit in the Luohan bamboo hand, and put the pole body in to straighten the glue. Use a ring After the oxycrystal glue dries, polish the bevel, tie the wire, and give it a full 502. Pay attention to the stress-bearing parts. In the later stage, epoxy, rattan, and then epoxy reinforcement will be used. 
The handle and rod body are connected, and the guide ring is tied and I forgot to take a photo. It is probably positioning, tying the wire, 502, epoxy, Rattan, epoxy, is that troublesome? 
Initial results are seen. The mouth, pole body and handle connection have been coated with epoxy glue. Considering the stress-bearing parts, I decided to add an extra layer. Glue, the handle has been treated with the first coat of lacquer. 
Install the wheel and see the effect. This is the time when you feel the best and your energy is doubled. 
The wheel seat fixation is the same as the guide ring. It has been epoxyed, but the rattan is still missing, and the epoxy cannot fix it.< p align="center">

The tail end has been filled with glue and polished, waiting for post-processing. Target, bright, transparent.
For beautification, use lacquer, frosted effect, and raft poles. This is heavy work and is not recommended. Apply the paint to prevent it from being bumpy and unsightly in the future.

I have to say, The process is unreasonable. The work should be done before tying the wires. It is very inconvenient to paint after tying the wires.
Third time Lacquer.
The process was not unreasonable. The rattan was stained with paint. We bought less rattan. We are in the process of purchasing. After a few days of delay, it is recommended to prepare 5 meters of rattan for one pole.
The rattan is completed and is waiting for epoxy. 
The left and right rattans were bought in different batches, so there is a slight color difference, but it doesn’t matter.
