Architecture Foster + Partners plans to build a 350-meter-high observation tower in central London, named "The Tulip", which will look like a tulip in full bloom between steel and concrete. In addition to the 360° panoramic skylights found in various sightseeing towers, it also has a unique outdoor "Ferris wheel": each of the three convex surfaces has a spherical sightseeing room. Visitors can ride it to experience a completely suspended look, which is exciting and novel~
