  5. Next, make the egg yolk paste. Add water, salad oil, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract to the egg yolks. Turn the electric egg beater on low speed and mix evenly (about 5 seconds); Pour the sifted mixed flour into the egg yolks, turn the whisk on low speed, and stir evenly to form an egg yolk paste (about 7 seconds).

  6. Add 1/3 of the egg whites into the egg yolk batter, use a spatula to mix evenly from the bottom up, then pour the mixed cake batter into the remaining egg whites, and mix from the bottom up Evenly.
