There are many ways to cook chicken wings, and stuffing chicken wings is probably one of the more labor-intensive ones. Although the process of removing the bones is a bit troublesome, as long as you master the skills, break the bones and carefully cut away the meat sticking to the bones, you will get started after a few times. Dishes made with care always make those who taste them happy.
For the filling, I chose mashed potatoes. I wanted to make the taste more layered, so I added some bacon and some corn to add a little sweetness. The chicken wings look ordinary, but when you bite into the soft and tender chicken, it turns out that there are no bones. Instead, there are smooth and delicate mashed potatoes hidden in it, giving it a dual taste. In addition to mashed potatoes, you can also add your favorite ingredients according to your preference. For example, glutinous rice, vermicelli, shrimp, etc. If you want to be healthier, you can choose to fry it or bake it in the oven.
