Materials:

1 cup blueberries

2-3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 cup vanilla yogurt

Half cup of milk

How to do it:

6 ripe soft bananas

Materials:

1 cup berries

A glass of lime juice

3 tablespoons sugar

2 cups Greek yogurt

Half cup of coconut milk

A pinch of salt

How to do it:

Mix berries and lime juice with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let sit for about 15 minutes. Then crush the berries. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, coconut milk, 2 tablespoons sugar and salt. WATERMELON LIME

Materials:

1 watermelon

1 cup sugar

Half cup of chocolate chips

Ready-made lime sorbet, or any other green ice cream

How to do it:
