Marshmallow making
Material preparation: 2 eggs (strain the egg whites and set aside), 1/4 spoon of cream of tartar, 2/3 cup of corn syrup, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of drinking water , 1/2 spoon of vanilla flavoring, a little salt.
Production steps:
(1) Mix the egg whites and cream of tartar together and stir evenly; stir thoroughly with a whisk until the egg whites are foamy;
(2) Pour corn syrup, sugar and water into a saucepan, heat over medium heat until boiling, continue heating for about 5 minutes (about 120°C), and stir constantly;
(3) While stirring, pour the corn syrup into the egg white liquid and mix well;
(4) Add vanilla essence and salt, increase the mixing speed until it turns into marshmallow-like shape (about 5 minutes), and put the marshmallow in the refrigerator to chill.
Making Marshmallow Chocolate
Material preparation: 350g milk chocolate, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 cup DIY marshmallows, 1/3 cup sugar-free coconut crumbs, cake cup paper mold.
Production steps:
(1) Heat the chocolate in a pot until it is completely melted, add coconut oil, and stir constantly;
(2) Fill the entire bottom of the paper mold with melted chocolate (you can brush it evenly with a spoon or brush);
(3) After sprinkling some coconut crumbs, place the chocolate cup in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to fully solidify;
(4) Put marshmallows in the chocolate cup, sprinkle some coconut crumbs on top of the marshmallows, and put it in the refrigerator again for about 20 minutes;
(5) Melt the remaining chocolate again and pour it onto the paper mold so that it fully covers the coconut crumbs and marshmallows. Use a spatula to smooth the upper part and place it in the refrigerator to fully cool before serving.
