How to make homemade chocolate, prepare cocoa powder, milk, butter, sugar, osmanthus, almonds, etc., simple chocolate making, I believe you can easily master it, just read on if you are interested~
Step one, buy some cocoa powder.
Step two, prepare a bag of milk, depending on the amount you want to make. If it is less, one bag will be enough, as well as cream or butter.
Step 3: Heat the milk in a pot, pour in the cocoa powder and stir evenly, usually one bag of milk, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, and two small boxes of cream. Add sugar according to personal preference and continue to heat.
Step 4: Stir continuously while heating. When you see the liquid changes color and becomes thicker, it should be heated to boiling.
As a side note, in order to make the chocolate more fragrant, I added some osmanthus and almonds. The almonds are broken and added to give it a rich texture.
Step 5: After it becomes sticky, you can import it into the mold. I didn’t prepare it, so I just used an ice tray for convenience. Please bear with me~ It needs to be frozen in the refrigerator anyway.
After it’s completely done, don’t waste what’s in the pot. It’ll be delicious if dipped in biscuits or bread.
Step 6: Put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. It will take about 6 hours. If there is a large amount, the time will be longer. After freezing, knock it down and put it on a plate. It may look a bit like chocolate ice ~ but it is delicious. I haven’t dealt with the rough edges. You can embellish them with your own small decorations~
