Tutorial on how to make homemade projectile toys for young children

This is a simple and fun craft tutorial, using sponge tubes and balloons to make a launchable toy. Put the plush ball into the hollow in the middle of the sponge tube, then pull the balloon at the bottom and release it to launch the plush ball. It’s fun and there is no safety risk!~
