Lego building block toys are widely popular all over the world, and there are many LEGO enthusiasts, and some of their favorite works will be displayed online. Many fans have tried to build brick cars. Some of them are large enough and realistic enough in appearance, but they are limited to one brick model and cannot be driven on the road. Two Lego fans from Romania and Australia built a fully road-ready Lego car with an engine and pistons. Since the entire frame is always made of building blocks, it may fall apart if the speed is set too fast, so its maximum speed is locked at 20 kilometers.
It is said that this project was launched in April 2012, when the two received sponsorship from 40 Australians as soon as they posted the news online. The car was built in Romania and shipped to the suburbs of Melbourne for a test drive. The producer said that except for the deformation of the bricks caused by changes in temperature, all other damage can be repaired. The entire car took 20 months from conception to completion, using 500,000 Lego bricks. Only a few parts such as the steering wheel, tires and instrument panel were not made of bricks. The vehicle uses gas as power, and the engine contains 4 orbital engines with a total of 256 pistons
