Parents’ care for their children is always touching. Kerry, a foreign mother, built a room for her daughter Chloe who has learning disabilities. She hopes to use the rich illustrations of fairy tale characters on the wall to inspire her children to actively want to know the content of the story. Reading and learning in the best way! Aren’t you very attentive!
Isn’t the finished product amazing? It seems like you have really arrived at a fairy tale theme pavilion in a certain paradise.
This is what the original room looked like. Let’s take a look at how Kerry carefully transformed this room!
First, draw the conceived fairy tale background, whether it is the tree vines of Jack the Beanstalk or the blue sky where birds can fly. Under Kerrys skillful hands, the wall directly transforms into a fairy tale book.
From the beginning of building the fairy tale room, Kerry will paint new characters on the walls. So far, he has accumulated more than 90 characters from fairy tales!
Kerry even made a small story box and put all the storybooks she purchased in it. Whenever Chloe pointed to the characters on the wall, Kerry would take the storybook and tell Chole one story after another. Characters that appear in the story.
Even the sheets and quilt covers are themed with cartoon characters! I hope Chole can play with the story characters in his sleep.
On this wall, there is no distinction between which character belongs to which story. More than 90 story characters live together in this dreamy small space at the same time!
Kerry said that although Chloe had difficulties in the semester, he felt that he was very smart. As long as she patiently accompanied her, they would be able to overcome it together!
The door of the room is like a classic fairy tale book. When you open the door, you will start a fairy tale journey!
Does this doorknob look familiar? It’s the one that appeared in Alice in Wonderland!! Such results were all made by Kerry himself.
In fact, Kerry’s budget is really small, and most of them use second-hand furniture for modification. This wardrobe has been painted in contrasting colors, and it really looks like something that would appear in a cartoon show!
I believe you have all seen many stories about children with learning disabilities. They need more patience and companionship from their family members. Everything Kerry did for Chloe made people feel full of love and warmth. I believe that with Kerry’s attentive company, Chloe will soon be able to finish reading these 90-plus stories, and even start reading by herself!
