It is also very innovative to use some discarded materials to make some garden sculptures, such as using a pile of scrap copper or iron, or some useless tools, and welding them into some garden ornaments of different shapes.
Sharing the "Bubble Sculpture" made from discarded PVC water pipes. Large and small diameter pipes are arranged and combined to form a string of bubbles, which is very modern and abstract. Spray paint the "bubbles" in bright colors to create a strong contrast with the background color and bring out the outline of the "bubbles". Because the "bubble" has holes, you can see the background behind it through the holes, and as the angle changes, the background occlusion also changes, and the cross-sectional area of ??the "bubble" also changes, making it more lively.
Production process:
3 sizes of PVC pipe: 10cm, 9cm and 4cm.
The thickness of the "bubble" is 15 centimeters. If the total height exceeds 1.5 meters, it is best to increase the thickness.
You can use a hand saw to cut slowly. To make it faster, use a table saw to cut here.
Sawn materials of various sizes.
First roughly arrange the various cylinders, preferably randomly and staggered in size.
It can be connected with screws, I use small rivets.
First make a hole across the two cylinders, insert the rivet into the hole, and press the wrench to complete a rivet.
The rivets are very strong.
Drill two rivets at the front and rear between each two cylinders to finally complete the connection of the "bubble", with a total height of 1 meter.
Make two feet at the bottom, fix them in the ground, and spray them with yellow paint using a spray paint can.
Plant light green and white spider plants on the front feet.
This is another angle, the round hole can no longer see the background.
Use yellow in the surrounding green plant environment to make it more eye-catching.
Description:
1. The more caliber sizes of PVC round pipes, the better. Extra large round pipes will be more beautiful.
2. The "bubbles" can be arranged in any shape, with the big "bubbles" at the bottom and the small "bubbles" at the top. It must be balanced but not rigid.
3. The height and width of the "bubble" should be determined according to the placement location and the materials on hand.
4. If the "bubble" is relatively tall and wide, and the bottom must be solid, it is best to place it underground and pour it with cement.
5. Fixing between the "bubbles" takes more time. There is no need to drill two rivets for each of the middle cylinders.
6. Cost: Because all my PVC pipes are scrap, I only bought 80 rivets for 2.5 yuan and yellow spray paint for 3.5 yuan. If there is no PVC scrap, you need to calculate the demand in advance and then buy various sizes, which can cost dozens of dollars.
