Using paper-cut handicrafts to warm up the time I spent with my grandpa
This series of paper-cut handicrafts were all framed and given to my grandpa as a birthday gift. Grandpa, who is enjoying his old age, lacks nothing, but his spiritual life is very lonely. Friends of the same age as him have gradually left, and he can talk more and more. I came less and less, and often stayed alone in the room reading or watching TV for long periods of time. I was often afraid that I might develop Alzheimers disease if this continued like this. Because I worked in other places, and I wanted to be a companion that my grandpa could talk to in the spiritual world, but I couldn't. There is also a lack of ambition and strength. I deliberately asked my grandpa to teach me paper-cutting. When I was young, my grandpa had very beautiful paper-cutting skills. He learned it from my great-grandmother. He wanted paper-cutting to become a friendly and lasting communication between us, so he often made his own paper-cutting. I think it would be a lot of fun to display the better paper-cut handicrafts together and compare their pros and cons.
