Exquisite, elegant, beautiful and pure, Fangzheng paper-cutting leaves real memories with his unique technique and is permanently collected by relevant units: In 1989, Fangzheng paper-cutting was exhibited at the National Art Museum of China, formerly the Ministry of Culture Vice Minister Gao Zhanxiang cut the ribbon and visited the exhibition. CCTV, "Peoples Daily", "China Culture News" and other media made special reports. 26 paper-cut works were collected by the National Art Museum of China and museums. In 1990, Fangzheng paper-cutting was exhibited in Beijing again as the work of an outstanding group in Heilongjiang Province, and 19 pieces were collected by the National Culture Palace. In 2001, at the first Chinese Folk Customs Paper-cutting Competition in Weihai, 12 Fangzheng Paper-cutting authors participated in the exhibition, and their works were permanently collected by the Weihai Museum. In 2001, Founder paper-cutting artist Ni Xiumei went to Alberta, Canada to participate in the "Here is Heilongjiang" photo and folk art exhibition and academic exchange sponsored by the provincial government, and performed live paper-cutting performances. Alberta Governor Klein personally accepted the work as a gift and collected it. In 2003, Fangzhengs paper-cut works were permanently collected by the China Paper-cut Museum. In 2005, Fangzhengs paper-cut works won the award in the Wuhan National Paper-cut Competition and were collected by the Organizing Committee of the Wuhan Paper-cut Competition in China. In 2007, 66 representative works including Fangzhengs paper-cut series "Black Earth Elves, Northeastern Wedding Customs" were permanently collected by the Shenzhen Art Museum.
