His paper-cut works not only absorb the nutrients of local art and enrich the creation of paper-cut, but also integrate the characteristics of traditional Chinese painting and printmaking, using knives instead of cutting, making paper-cutting a new art form. Cheng Xinghong: Male, born in 1969 in Chengwei Village, Zhengwu Town, Yingdong District, Fuyang City, farmer. The son of the late paper-cutting art master Cheng Jianli, he is the inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage of Fuyang Paper-cutting in Anhui Province. The work inherits his fathers paper-cut style, which is rough and simple yet delicate and graceful, bold and exaggerated, simple and simple.
