For beginners, this embroidery method is a bit tricky. So be careful not to get the threads tangled when embroidering, just be patient and take your time. Fantasy chain stitch is a wonderful embroidery technique that alternates two (or more) colors to create a chain stitch.
You need to unlock the chain embroidery method first. I'll start on a curved embroidery thread, using pink and purple embroidery thread (three strands of each color embroidery thread into one).
Basic embroidery tutorial picture 1: Use two colors of thread of the same thickness and thread both threads into a needle at the same time.
Basic embroidery tutorial picture 2: The process is similar to chain embroidery, as shown in the picture. Just follow the chain embroidery pattern when embroidering.
Basic embroidery tutorial picture 3: Now, just wrap one color of thread under the needle. Lets start with the purple line.
Basic embroidery tutorial picture 4: Pull out the needle and thread, thus repairing the chain loop of the first color.
Basic embroidery tutorial picture 5: Next, just like chain embroidery, insert the needle into the fabric to embroider the second chain loop.
Basic embroidery tutorial picture 6: This time, use the second color thread to make a circle.
Basic embroidery tutorial picture 7: Pull out the needle and thread, so that you will see another chain loop embroidered with the second color thread.
