Step 3: Glue the snowman to the bottom of the light blue cardboard, leaving about half of the blue cardboard at the bottom of the paper. Then glue the black hat to the top of the snowman.

Step 5: Use a small snowflake embosser to cut out a small number of snowflakes to add to the snowman decal.

If you don’t have a snowflake embosser, you can also have the children draw snowflakes on paper with blue or white crayons.

Step 6: Paste the star stickers on the snowman’s red hat decorative band.

Step 7: Use a paper cutter to cut out strips to create a window frame around the snowman. Cut into two brown strips 11 inches by 3/4 inches, and two brown strips 8 inches by 3/4 inches.

Add glue to the back of the strips and stick them around the light blue card stock.

Step 8: Use a black marker to draw black dots on the bottom of the snowman to make him smile.
