Clay is a very fun educational toy. We can use it to shape many different small items, such as sea creatures, plants, characters, flowers, insects, etc. The handmade clay we made today is a beautiful cartoon version of a starfish.
We first use purple colored clay to pinch out the star shape as shown below
Then we make two small round white pieces in the middle of the star and stick them on Make starfish eyes on it
Lets make an upward-curving crescent shape below to make a starfish smile. mouth
Then we add two round black clays on the starfish’s eyes Make eyeballs
Then we make some small yellow discs of clay and stick them on the four thinner starfish below
Finally, we added larger yellow dots of clay on the top starfishs tentacles and it was done.
