Just prepare:
Soft clay
Rolling pin
Party paper hat
Clay tool or knife
Children
Aluminum foil
Oven
Acrylic paint
Roll out the clay (the thickness can be determined by yourself).
Use a plate to cut out a round shape from the clay.
Use a knife to draw a cone pattern on the round clay.
Wrap the party hat with aluminum foil and then cover it with clay; you can dig a small hole on the back of the cone (for wall hanging) first for wall hanging.
Bake the clay for 15 minutes and paint when completely cool.
