Prepare materials and tools: two table tennis balls, three toothpicks, a piece of blue cardboard, a bendableStraws, a pair of decorative eyes, jelly boxes, blue crayons, double-sided tape, washi tape, and scissors.
1. Cut a table tennis ball in half.
2. Cut off the bendable part of the straw.
3. Glue the straw to the inside of the ping pong ball.
4. Paint the other 2 balls to bring order out of chaos blue.
5. Glue the blue ping pong ball and half of the ping pong ball together.
6. Cut out the shape in the picture from the cardboard.
7. Cut off part of the three toothpicks and stick them to the sharp corners of the cardboard.
8. Insert the toothpick into the ping pong ball.
9. Cut a section from the remaining straw and wrap one end with washi tape.
10. Glue the straw to the ping pong ball to serve as the seahorse’s mouth.
11. Glue the decorative eyes onto the ping pong ball.
12. Cut out the shapes in the picture from colored paper.
13. Glue the colored paper to the position in the picture.
14. Stick the toothpick into the jelly box.
15. Poke the other end of the toothpick into the prepared seahorse tail.
