This is a small production of marble pattern pad-dyed small cards. The DIY small cards are brightly colored and very fashionable. They can be used as business cards or wedding message cards. The production process of pad-dyed small cards is also very simple, and the different regular patterns make each card unique.
Material preparation:
Card paper - 4 kinds of acrylic paints - wood plywood nails - small clothespins - string - water - liquid starch (starch) - alum - soap.
How to:
Preparation—Mix 2 cups of liquid cornstarch with one teaspoon of alum and pour into a cake pan. Add a paint and a little soapy water to help the paint float on top of the mixed liquid. Use a toothpick to create a "big claw" to outline the paint.
Use a paint brush, dip the paint into the baking pan, and sprinkle some of the colors you like on the baking pan. Use the "big claw" you made to draw paint on the baking sheet in one direction, and then draw it vertically again.
Carefully stick the card paper to the painted paint, and slowly stick the paper to the paint from one corner. Do not put it all over, so as to avoid air bubbles ruining the painting. When the card is completely soaked in paint, lift it off the baking sheet by one corner.
Put the colored cards into another tray filled with cold water (don’t worry, the color won’t fade), and then hang them on the string with clothespins to dry.
When they are completely dry, you can make full use of them. Is this look very successful? The final effect of this seemingly muddy attempt is so refreshing and pleasant, unexpected right?
