Colombian Fish tableware designed to meet seafood dishes

Remember the alien juicer designed by Philippe Starck for ALESSI? (picture shown below). This time I will introduce the "colombina fish" tableware designed by the designer duo Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, who collaborated with ALESSI. It is a tableware set mainly designed to meet the different needs of seafood dishes in the preparation and dining stages.

Have you noticed that the stacked plates and cutlery just form a rose

Before "colombina fish", Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas also launched the "colombina" series of dinner plates. This series features a triangular rounded corner shape, which is rounded and elegant. The plates can be stacked and changed in position to produce different effects. The visual effect blends well with other tableware without losing interest.

Eating for the sake of use, enjoying seafood can be elegant and expert

The entire "colombina fish" series consists of 11 pieces of knives and forks for different purposes, including knives, forks, spoons for fish and serving, oyster forks, butter knives, caviar spoons, shell tongs and forks, and each The handles of each piece of tableware have fish scale scratches. The style of the entire series is more consistent and echoes the seafood-themed concept. Taking into account the different needs of users when eating, this series has corresponding functions! For example, forks used for eating oysters, clams and other shellfish, the left side is thinner than the right side, making it easier to remove the shell meat from the shells. The action is easier.

The butter knife with a rounded and short blade is also more convenient for spreading butter or fish sauce! Shell pliers are also different from ordinary lobster claws. This series of shell pliers have a more slender handle and a stable structure, making it easier to crush. The harder part of the shell can preserve the integrity of the internal meat. The shell fork is also designed to be more slender, with two more sharp corners, so that the meat of shrimps and crabs can be easily taken out. Not only does the eating process become easier, but the feeling is also better. It’s so much more elegant! I’ll never turn the table again because of the meat that can’t be dug out~

When everything in daily life can be infused with elements of design aesthetics, every bit of life will be more tasteful. The seemingly unnecessary pattern makes the dining experience more thematic. I think whether you are a gourmet or someone who simply wants to have seafood meals, you can enjoy your "food" more carefully because of this little ingenuity. This event!

The special force point design can easily crack the shell, leaving intact meat.
