New inspiration can often be inspired by some small exhibitions in museums, and interactive exhibitions full of new ideas arouse my interest even more. I think of the Brazilian sculpture artist Henrique Oliveira introduced before, who is seen in museums around the world. Using renewable resources to build a giant installation with intertwined tree roots, his environmentally friendly design concept is also very impressive.
Carsten H?ller, an artist from Belgium, holds a Ph.D. in biology. He is inspired by experiments conducted in research institutes and everything around him. His works always have some playfulness, such as spatial concepts such as amusement parks, zoos, and parks. Think social situations have to be as fun and interesting as these places. Among them, he most often takes "fungi" as the centerpiece of his creations. Starting in 1994, many people began to recognize Carsten H?llers style as an artist. Carsten H?ller first exhibited his weird and cute giant mushroom installation at the Prada Foundation in Milan in 2000, and it hung upside down from the ceiling!
Different from ordinary serious art exhibitions, Carsten H?ller instead combines the exhibition space with his own works into a childrens playground, exuding a very lively and joyful atmosphere, with quite dreamy and surreal installation design.Walking in the upside-down room full of giant mushrooms, does it remind you of the scene of Alices adventures in the dream? I really want to lie in this exhibition hall and be in a daze! (Imagine swiping my finger in the air, Fangjidu will The picture of being harvested by me hahahaha~~)
Carsten H?ller’s concept reminds me that discussions are now starting abroadDevelop some child-friendly public environment policies. Take transportation as an example. For example, planning a special compartment for children and their parents, so that they can play safely and happily without disturbing other passengers. I think this is a great idea. How to balance it without hindering childrens development and peoples daily lives requires a comprehensive and mature plan. I hope Taiwan can start to pay attention to this public policy in the future.
