Both of them now have branches in Shinsaibashi, but Rikuro is still a small store. After opening branches in Umeda and Shinsaibashi, PABLO chose to open in Yokohama this year. ) to build a special-style complex catering branch that not only sells the most popular cheesecake, but also has an attached indoor space to sell coffee and other light snacks and drinks.

This time we commissioned Design Atelier RONDO, a local design studio, and used cheesecake as an idea. Imagine the process of cake making, including continuous baking, stamping, molding, packaging, and finally, just out of the oven. When it is hot, cut it with a knife. The puffy and soft cross-section and the fragrant cheese aroma are filled with a sense of streamlined movement.
So for this interior space, the designer started from the door and used various curved lines to crisscross through each area, reaching the innermost corner, and through these intersecting idle spaces, placed It is decorated with various plants, like a tunnel, leading everyone to a delicious place, and the color configuration of the gate just fits the impression of the orange, goose yellow and light wood tones of the cheesecake. Just looking at the decoration, you can tell that delicious cheesecake is just ahead!
