At the intersection of Moraga Street and 16th Avenue in San Francisco, ceramic artist Aileen Barr and mosaic artist Colette Crutcher worked together and spent two and a half years with more than 300 community volunteers to complete a fairytale-like dreamy art staircase. 2,000 handmade tiles and 75,000 tile fragments, lenses and stained glass outline beautiful and colorful patterns, as if you have entered the kingdom of telephone.
