Scorpions are very ferocious animals, but at the same time this also makes them look particularly powerful and beautiful. Todays tutorial on the triangle is to use an origami triangle to make a scorpion. You can imagine it based on the appearance of the scorpion itself. It is not difficult to make this triangular scorpion, so don’t be intimidated by its appearance. Come and try to make it!
Materials: You need to prepare 77 basic origami triangles. For specific production methods, please refer to: Triangular Swan Tutorial; white glue, when splicing the triangles and at the end When assembling parts, you need to use white glue.
It is recommended that the origami triangle should be made larger so that the scorpion can be realistic enough.
1. First, make the four pairs of hind legs of the scorpion. Each foot requires 3 origami triangles, which means a total of 24 triangles are needed. Now you can see here that there are 3 triangle plugs.
2. Assemble them as shown in the picture below, pay attention to the angle, and it is best to use glue to fix them after completion. A total of 8 such feet need to be made.
3. Next, start making a pair of front feet. Each foot requires 8 origami triangle inserts, and a total of 16 origami triangle inserts are needed.
4. To make the front feet, you need to complete the production of the claws first. Insert one triangle piece behind the two origami triangle pieces.
5. Insert the left and right sides of the previously completed nested triangular plug into the left and right openings of a triangular plug respectively.
