Tools: rubber brick, pen knife, corner knife, pill knife, curved seal knife (I actually used so many knives, you can also use one knife according to your own preferences, I am I don’t have the skills to tell you.)

Use a corner knife to carve an anti-slip groove around the outside. (This can also be done with a corner knife. For details, see the earlier washboard tutorial in the rubber stamp section of this website)
Use a knife to remove some of the white space on the edge.
