"Super Dad" teaches you how to make your own packaging boxes

Author: Super Dad’s Hand Sewing Leather Goods Weibo: https:/ /weibo.com/u/3229595597I am engaged in customizing handmade leather goods. It seems like I have been making it for 5-6 years... Over the years, I have made a variety of styles, ranging from briefcases of more than 40 centimeters to wallets, bracelets, card holders, keychains... Young and old... Because these pieces are custom-made and come in different sizes, buy them ready-madePackagingThe box is already difficult to meet my requirements...but you can't just pack it up in a courier box and mail it out, right? ! That’s really a long time to wait for these treasures I made! At the same time, it is simply disrespectful to those customers and friends who trust me and entrust me! So, I developed a process for making packaging boxes! In recent years, I have made all the packaging myself. Although it is troublesome, it is very practical. I think everyone may also need it, so I took it out and shared it~ Now let’s get to the point! 1. Prepare a piece of cardboard, about 2.5MM thick. It is recommended to use black cardboard, which is flatter. (The size of the cardboard is prepared according to personal needs.) First cut the cardboard as shown below, being careful not to cut through, just enough to break the threads. The size of the middle part after cutting should be set according to the length and width of the leather goods you want to install. Generally, it can be a little larger than the size of the leather goods. The width of the relatively narrow cardboard on both sides should be set based on the thickness of the leather goods you want to install. [Note] Again, please do not cut off! Because the next step is to bend it in reverse!

2. Turn the cut cardboard over and apply double-sided tape. [Note] It is recommended to use oily double-sided tape, ordinary tape is not strong. Don’t be clever and use liquid glue, because the next step is to glue the wrapping paper on, and using liquid glue will deform the paper!
