Every time I see this kind of bokeh wall shot with a light source as the background, the dazzling and joyful effect of a dream, a dream but not a dream, always makes me unable to help but look at it more. That is to say... If you want to take such a dreamy shot, you don’t have to have the right time and place for a whole field of light bulbs, even just people and people! Let photographer Laya Gerlock teach you how to DIY bokeh. Wall tips!
First, you need to prepare the following tools:
1. Camera and the bigger the better aperture
2. Flash
3. Wireless shutter
4. Colored cellophane
5. Tinfoil or silver wrapping paper
Step 1: Crinkle the tin foil or wrapping paper as wrinkled as possible
Step 2: After kneading, flatten it out, remember to keep the wrinkles!
Step 3: Stick the tin foil paper on the back as a background, and "keep a distance" from the subject of the photo (key!)
Step 4. Prepare the flash and choose the color of colored cellophane you want
Step 5: Wrap the flash with cellophane, place it under the photography table, and face the flash to the tin foil to create the background tone you want
Step 6. For the main light, use a flash with a diffuser. You can also put acrylic in front of the light to make the light source more dispersed
Finally, just press the shutter button and wait to see the results!
