Figure 1: Use another thread and needle to pass upward from A, and pass through the A and B sections of the backstitch embroidery, as shown in the picture. Be careful not to pull the fabric under the embroidery section.

Picture 2: Next, as shown in the picture, pass the needle through the BC section of the back stitch. Likewise, don't embroider into the fabric underneath the embroidery section.

Note:

Make sure that every time the needle passes through the backstitch embroidery section, it does not pull the fabric underneath. It is recommended to use a blunt needle for embroidery.
