Kids will love decorating and personalizing the front of the card to make it look like a delicious winter gingerbread house!~
Materials and tools: Brown, red, green, blue and white cardboard, red striped paper straws, markers, 3/4-inch colored round stickers, gingerbread man stickers, snowflake stickers, scissors, super glue stick.
Step 1: Design the template and print it on cardboard. Fold the card in half along the dotted lines and cut out the gingerbread house.
Step 2:Draw and cut out the items for the gingerbread house on colored cardboard, such as doors, windows, chimneys and roofs.
Step 3:Adhere two white rectangles to the top of the gingerbread house as the roof, and trim off the excess.
Step 4: Cut the red striped paper straw in half. Glue one stick to each side of the gingerbread house. Looks like a candy cane.
Step 5: Use 3/4-inch round tag stickers to decorate the roofline and base of the house.
Step 6: Use markers to add some details to the house. Draw lines on the top of the house to create the roofline. Then draw a cross on the window. You can also paint a brick effect on the chimney.
Step 7: Glue the gingerbread house doors, windows and chimney to your card.
Step 8: Attach the gingerbread man sticker to the front of the card.
Step 9:Use a small snowflake embosser to cut out a few white snowflakes and glue them to the roof of the gingerbread house.
Step 10:Open your card and write a greeting inside with a marker, such as "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays"~
