You will need:
1cm wide white paper strips
28 x 1 cm purple paper strips x 2
28 x 1cm lilac paper strip x 1
28 x 1 cm dark purple paper strip x 1
28 x 1 cm dark pink paper strips x 2
28 x 1 cm pink paper strip x 1
28 x 1cm light pink paper strip x 1
28 x 1cm yellow paper strips x 2
28×1cm is light yellow paper strip x 1
28×1cm dark yellow paper strip x 1
2 mm wide confetti of various colors
Tools: Scissors, needles, tweezers, white glue, paper quilling tools.
1. Prepare a piece of white cardboard, and then draw the outline of the balloon on it.
Worried about not being good at drawing? You can draw a template first and then copy it.
2. Take out the white paper strips and make an outline along the drawn lines.
3. Use a paper pen to roll up one end of the purple paper strip.
4. Apply a thin layer of glue on the bottom and place it inside the left balloon.
There is no gap between it and the outline.
5. Use purple quilling paper strips to make an S shape.
At the bottomApply a thin layer of glue to the top and place as shown.
6. Make a purple S shape.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it on the left side of the lilac shape.
7. Make another purple curve.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it on the left side of the lilac shape.
8. Use dark purple quilling paper strips to make a shape similar to water droplets.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it to the right of the first purple S shape.
9. Use a dark pink quilling paper strip and roll up one end as well.
Apply a thin layer of glue on the bottom and place it inside the middle balloon with nothing between the balloon and the outlinegap.
10. Use dark pink quilling paper strips to make an S shape.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom of the shape and place as shown.
11. Use pink paper strips to make another S shape.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it on the left side of the dark pink color.
12. Make a dark pink curve.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it on the left side of the pink color.
13. Use light pink quilling paper strips to make a shape similar to water droplets.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it to the right of the first dark pink S shape.
14. Use a yellow paper strip and roll up one end to make a loose roll.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it inside the balloon on the right side with no gap between the balloon and the outline.
15. Use yellow paper strips to make an S shape.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place as shown.
16. Use the light yellow strip to make another S shape.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it on the left side of the yellow.
17. Make a yellow curve.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it to the left of the light yellow strip.
18. Use dark yellow paper strips to make curved water drop shapes.
Apply a thin layer of glue to the bottom and place it to the right of the first yellow S shape.
19. Use various 2mm wide colored paper scraps to make various shapes such as S-shapes, zigzags and swirls.
20. Glue them above the balloon as shown in the picture.
Cut out a few small triangles from various colored papers and glue them around.
