A tutorial on making a simple red lantern by using an expired wall calendar. The steps are very simple and are very suitable for kindergarten children who love crafts to learn.
Prepare a red wall calendar (you can also use cardboard or a waste paper box), scissors, a knife, a ruler, scissors, a pencil, double-sided tape and string.
Leave 1-2cm on both sides of the cardboard, and then cut the middle part at equal intervals.
Fold it like the picture above, and the middle part will bulge.
After rolling into a circle, secure it with double-sided tape.
Cut out some more tassels and glue them to the bottom of the lantern. Then install the red rope on the top of the lantern and the production is completed.
