Prepare a piece of red cardboard, fold it in half and then open it, then fold the two corners to the middle crease and draw a heart shape.
Cut it out and you will get the picture above.
Take another piece of black cardboard and cut out a round piece of paper as the head of the ladybug, attach the eyes, and then attach the head to the red card.
