Illustrated tutorial for knitting slippers with wool in two colors. Use flat needles to knit. The knitting pattern is attached at the back for your reference. The knitting method of shoes is very simple, it mainly depends on how you match the colors~
Material preparation: a pair of shoe soles. Blended (pure acrylic thread or pure wool can be used, I used blended thread) 3 taels of medium-thick wool thread, including 2 taels of red and one tael of color. 2 size 12 knitting needles. One crochet hook.
Knit the first 56 stitches with double thread, and knit all the stitches with 2 needles from the ankle to the toes. Here, start by wrapping 1 thread around the sweater needle.
This way you can see it more clearly.
Knit the first row with red thread all the way down.
The first row is finished.
On the wrong side of the second row, knit all the way down again. The first stitch at the beginning of each row is picked up and not knitted.
When knitting to the last 2 stitches left, combine the 2 stitches into one stitch. From now on, if you weave like this every time, you can get a fan-shaped upper.
Change the line starting from the third line. First mark the center point with a mark, and one stitch to the left and right of the center point is the yarn of the matching color. Then separate 2 stitches of red wire and 2 stitches of color wire. In short, the colors on the left and right must be symmetrical.
Start changing threads and knitting in the third row, lowering 2 stitches and picking up 2 stitches. The first stitch is still picked up and not knitted. Arrange the pattern and start knitting from the third stitch. Pick up the first and second stitches and do not knit. Change the thread to knit the third and fourth stitches, pick up the next stitch every 2 stitches, then change the thread every 2 stitches and knit the next stitch, and continue knitting the next stitch in this way. The floating thread of the picking needle is brought from the back.
Look at the reverse side. The 2 stitches of unwoven thread are brought from the back of the upper.
Knit to the mark in the middle, knitting one stitch exactly on either side of the markColor matching thread.
After knitting the third row, the last stitch is still 2 stitches.
The fourth row is still 2 stitches down and 2 stitches up (not knitted). When picking up the 2nd needle without knitting, you need to pull the floating thread over and bring it through from the front (that is, the wrong side of the shoe upper).
In the fifth row, change the red thread and knit all the way down. Starting from this row, add stitches every four rows (that is, add stitches when knitting the front side of the red thread).
Add a stitch between the second set of red threads on the right side of the marked point and the color matching thread (that is, add a stitch on each side of the 14 stitches in the middle). The symbol of the sweater knitting book for adding stitches here is "o". This is the figure of adding stitches to the right of the center point.
This is the needle-adding diagram to the left of the center point. Every time the needle is added in the future, it will be at this place. In the middle are four groups of red columns.
Still knit the next stitch in the sixth row, which is where the stitches were added in the previous row.
Knit a row and add stitches.
After knitting this row, the last two stitches are still combined into one stitch.
Go to the previous row and add stitches. Pick three needles here and don’t knit them.
Start the second injection.
Pick out four needles at the place where the stitches were added and do not knit.
The number of additional stitches is determined based on the size of the foot, and the remaining 14 stitches are closed flat. The extra stitches on one side of this pair of shoes are 14 stitches (a total of 28 stitches are added on the 2 sides), which is 2 less stitches than the blue side (the extra stitches on the blue side are 16 stitches, and a total of 32 stitches are added on the 2 sides). So the upper is a little shorter than the blue one, with a few fewer lines.
After knitting the upper, hook it to the sole, and then hook 2 short loops of stitches at the mouth of the shoe.
Let’s take a look at the woven slippers in other colors.
There is a circle of pre-sewn thread on the edge of the purchased sole. Align the edge of the knitted upper with this circle of thread and then hook it up with a crochet hook.
It should be noted that after 4 hurdles, the needle must be closed, starting from the front secondary line and on both sides of the midline. Just knit 3 rows of main thread, and weave a total of 15 ridges. For men, you need to knit 18 kankans and sew the inner patch. Hook the sole in a circle, pad it with a layer, sew the woven sole plate on it, and then sew the upper that has been knitted before it is knitted
