A small piece of horn material, a toothing machine, 240-2000 mesh sandpaper, and a wire saw.

Cut off the thick parts with a jigsaw! The finer parts are polished and used as accessories which are also quite beautiful

Cut out any picture you like and glue it to the horns! Use a scroll saw to cut out the shape of the feather! Please forgive me for forgetting to save the detailed pictures!

Start carving, use a 0.5 tapered knife to cut out the details, and finally the lines. The main thing is to be patient and don’t ignore the hollowed out parts, so that they can be more realistic
