Illustrated tutorial on making your own sandals, using baby slippers as a demonstration. It is simple and elegant. If you like, make a few pairs for your family~
First send me the paper pattern of baby slippers.
1. Make the upper first
1. Cut the resin lining according to the upper.
2. Press the resin lining onto the fabric with a 170℃ steam iron.
3. A necessary material for a pair of slippers.
4. Do applique embroidery.
5. Draw tube hemming.
Second, make the soles
One layer of sole surface + (3~4) layers of base fabric and several trips back and forth.
3. Sew the sole and upper (0.4mm seam head)
Four. Finally, hemming
1. Use a 3cm hemming diagonal strip and iron a 0.8cm hem on one side.
2. Start hemming the inside of the slippers, and sew a 0.5cm seam for one week.
3. Sew until it is 1.5cm beyond the beginning.
4. Turn the hemming strip toward the sole and iron it with an iron.
5. Edit the bright line for one week.
6. A pair of slippers is ready.
