The patchwork blanket I will share with you today does not require complicated cutting and color matching, nor does it require spending time on pattern conception. Material preparation:
1. 8 pieces of wool non-woven fabric covers in gold, brown, red, black, purple, blue, lake blue and cyan.
2. 100% cotton sewing thread, colors from dark to light, color numbers 3170, 3756 and 9500.
Non-woven fabric cutting:
Cut the cover fabric into pieces of about 15cm x 18cm. Put them together according to the color of the set of fabrics. You can also put the cover in a zipper bag to keep it tidy.
Securing and sewing:

The steps for classifying each group are as follows:
1. Start pinning from the 18cm long side.
2. The overlapping part of each two pieces is about 1.2cm.
3. Prepare enough pins.
Use a double press foot to sew the pinned edges, leaving an edge of about 0.2cm.
Turn the non-woven fabric over, as shown in the picture, you can see the 1.2cm overlap on the reverse side, also leave an edge of about 0.2cm, and sew it.
In this way, everyone can see the two sewing lines on the front and back. Repeat until each set of covers is sewn.
Sort each group of sewn covers:
The overlap of each two sets of fabrics is about 1.2cm. (Note that the two or three lines sewn in each group before are in opposite directions when sewing again, as shown in the picture) When pinning, pay attention to keeping the other parts neat.
Same as sewing each set of fabrics, leaving an edge of about 0.2cm, sew one side and then sew the other side.
Sew the remaining sets of fabrics according to the above steps, paying attention to the direction of sewing.
After sewing, cut off the threads on the front and back sides, and a handmade patchwork blanket is completed!
