What should a girl do if the new skirt she bought is too tight, or she has gained weight recently and cannot fit the skirt? Here is a DIY method for slitting a skirt. The location of the slit on the skirt depends on the original seam position of the skirt. If it is a skirt sewn on the side, it will be a side slit, and if it is a skirt sewn on the middle line, it will be a back slit.
The first step is to use a seam ripper or small scissors to remove the seams of the skirt by 10 cm from bottom to top;
In the second step, after the sutures are removed, iron a 1cm square cloth lining on the top of the skirt fork to reinforce the top;
The third step is to use a needle and thread (or sewing machine) to sew the hem of the skirt 2 centimeters above the top of the crotch;
Step 4: Use an iron to flatten the slit. With this fork, you can walk easily while wearing a skirt.
